Job Opportunity: Door Maintenance & Habitats Lead Engineer

We are seeking a Door Maintenance & Habitats Lead Engineer to be the company's focal point for door maintenance and pressurized habitat activities across existing contracts and new external customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing work scopes and overseeing their execution across all projects, including offshore surveys and project engineering.
2. Attending client and project team kick-off meetings.
3. Producing and ensuring timely completion of CTRs, project estimates, work scopes, and work packs.
4. Maintaining door maintenance trackers and overseeing planning of specific work scopes.
5. Raising work orders and managing all execution activities, including subcontractors.
6. Planning operations with client representatives and issuing progress reports.
7. Managing the requisition of plant, equipment, and materials.
8. Communicating progress, variations, and costs to clients and management, seeking improvements.
9. Developing relationships with customers for future growth.
10. Ensuring safety policies are followed, maintaining high safety standards.
Requirements:
* Promote and implement safe working practices and safety awareness.
* Maintain management system documentation via the company's BMS system.
* Follow all health, safety, environment, and quality policies, reporting incidents and hazards.
* Comply with legal health and safety legislation and company policies.
