Duties
* Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
* Conduct regular audits of online inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
* Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to enhance sales performance.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service and support.
* Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content for product promotions.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation, reporting, and communication.
* Maintain organised records of transactions and customer interactions using QuickBooks.
Skills
* Proven office experience with strong administrative capabilities.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience with data entry and clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
