Depot Operations Administrator - 12 month fixed term contract
Join us as a Depot Operations Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract at DPD Bicester. This full-time role offers a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm, with a salary of approximately £27,500.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Depot Operations Administrator to support the Depot Quality Manager and Site Manager. Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and reconciling automated payments for self-employed drivers
* Managing stocks of uniforms and stationery
* Checking driver licenses and forklift certificates
* Administering fuel stocks and orders
* Conducting operational quality audits and maintaining reports
* Maintaining vehicle records, keys, service schedules, and defect/repair logs
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within transport or logistics. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office. Demonstrating accuracy, motivation, and alignment with DPD's core values is important.
