Fantastic opportunity for an established Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join an ambitious and growing SaaS business on a part-time basis.

As they scale, they are looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to oversee the company’s financial management and provide strategic financial guidance to help drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity while aligning financial strategies with the company’s goals.
The role includes:
* Track and analyse key KPIs.
* Partner with leadership on pricing models, unit economics, and growth forecasts.
* Provide financial modelling, support for fundraising, and board reporting.
* Prepare and present financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and cost/revenue optimization.
* Monitor cash flow, create forecasts.
* Develop financial strategies with leadership.
* Ensure tax compliance, manage audits, stay updated with regulations.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, staff benefits, statutory deductions.
* Implement cost-saving measures, optimize systems and reporting.
* Deliver financial reports, communicate complex data effectively.
* Work with the Executive team to evaluate operations.
The Candidate should:
* Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualified experience.
* Be experienced as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Manager, preferably from SaaS or IT/Tech sectors.
* Have stakeholder management skills, collaborate with Board and departments.
* Be proficient in Excel and Xero.
* Have comprehensive accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, analysis.
