We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen at ULA - a fresh, pan Asian inspired concept built around standout brunches, bold small plates, and a seriously good atmosphere.
At Ula, food is about attention to detail, clean presentation and big flavour. Every plate matters.
What you’ll be doing

Running your section with confidence and consistency
*
Delivering high quality brunch and small plates during busy services
*
Maintaining strong prep, organisation and cleanliness
*
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous in day to day kitchen operations
*
Helping to keep standards high across every service
What we’re looking for
*
Experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up
*
A real pride in presentation and detail
*
Passion for food - especially modern brunch and small plates
*
Someone who thrives in a fast paced, energetic kitchen
*
A positive attitude and strong team mentality
