Your Role
* Install Solar PV and associated works
* Identify and rectify roofing defects
* Survey and correctly place slates/tiles in isolated patches
* Remove old roof coverings and replace full covering for all styles of roofs
* Re‑bed and renew hip and ridge tiles
* Repair and replace lead valleys
* Point, repair, rebuild chimney stacks and re‑bed/renew chimney pots
* Repair mineral felt and asphalt flat roof covering
* Renew/repair lead flashing to chimneys and lead up stands
* Liaise with customers when arranging and carrying out work, following written and verbal instructions, drawings, diagrams, sketches, calculations, and using measuring equipment
* This list is not exhaustive; work will be carried out to suit business needs.
What We Need From You
* Must have completed a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).
* Competent in all aspects of roofing and experienced with maintenance work on domestic properties, including high‑rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments.
* Background of general roof work and ability to work in confined spaces.
* A current driving licence is essential.
* Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and their own tools.
