Excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior quantitative researcher to move into an Associate Director role with a boutique research consultancy known for delivering sophisticated, strategic insight and true market understanding.
This is a chance to join a team that combines rigorous research with deep sector expertise, helping clients uncover insights and understand what they mean for their business strategy.
Responsibilities
* Lead a small, talented team and oversee a wide range of quantitative projects, shaping proposals, managing delivery, and turning data into compelling, story-led recommendations.
* Be client-facing from the outset, build strong relationships, spot growth opportunities, and contribute to developing new products and services to keep the agency at the forefront of innovation.
* Support, mentor and inspire junior colleagues while ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver impactful strategic insights.
* Play a proactive, entrepreneurial role in shaping client outcomes and agency growth within a fast-paced boutique setting.
Qualifications
* Experience at Senior Research Manager or Associate Director level in a research agency or consultancy.
* Strong expertise in quantitative research design, delivery and analysis.
* Line management experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
