Reporting to the National Account Controller, youll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, nurturing strong partnerships while identifying and delivering new commercial opportunities. You will also be making a critical contribution to Refresco Contract Manufacturing growing it's overall share of the Refresco UK business versus Private Label. Key Responsibilities of the National Account Manager Deliver volume, revenue, and EBITDA targets, identifying and acting on growth opportunities. Work with Finance to review pricing, manage account budgets, and ensure profitability. Monitor performance and take corrective action when needed. Customer Relationship Management Manage key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with client KPIs. Build strong customer relationships and maintain preferred supplier status. Support the Account Controller in delivering contracts and managing account admin. Project & Operational Management Lead co-manufacturing projects and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery in collaboration with internal teams. Coordinate cross-site activities, ensure customer costs are recovered, and oversee client site visits. Improve business processes, support supply chain and logistics, and respond to new enquiries with feasibility assessments. About you The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of GCSE grade C or above in Maths, English, and Sciences, with a university degree preferred but not essential. They will bring at least five years of experience within an FMCG environment, along with strong commercial, customer service, and operational exposure. A solid understanding of client relationship management is key, as are excellent account administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate project management experience and strong account management capabilities. About Refresco Our drinks on every table.
