This is a casual role. Role Overview: As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience team, primarily within our restaurant spaces. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering excellent service in high-end hospitality settings Greeting and engaging with guests warmly and professionally Serving food and beverage requests efficiently and accurately Preparing and clearing tables Taking orders in restaurants Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment before, after and during service Preparing simple food and serving tea and coffee Develop an understanding of the product range available Manage payments through our till system This role is perfect for those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, love working with people, and have a strong sense of pride in their work. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and people skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong team spirit and adaptability Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Calm under pressure, especially during busy periods.
