We are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their busy Bereavement Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years PQE to work in a supportive and structured environment, with clear opportunities for progression and professional development.

The Role
* Take client instructions and prepare Wills, LPAs and general Powers of Attorney, from straightforward to complex cases
* Manage probate and estate administration files, including estates requiring IHT400s, tax relief claims, and intestate estates
* Administer and advise on trusts, including Life Interest and Discretionary Trusts, with guidance on tax implications and estate administration
* Gain exposure to issues affecting older clients, including awareness of the Court of Protection and Deputyship work, with support from Lifetime Planning specialists
* Build relationships with clients and contribute to business development and networking activities
* Act as an ambassador for the firm both internally and externally
What They're Looking For
* A solicitor (or CILEX/FILEX qualified) with 3+ years PQE and experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Private Client work
* STEP qualification or working toward it is desirable but not essential
* Someone dedicated to excellent client service and able to provide clear, professional advice
* A proactive, team-oriented individual with strong judgement, maturity, and a 'can-do' attitude
* Confident, positive, and professional, both internally and externally
