About the position
Are you passionate about driving growth and making a global impact? We seek a professional to lead sales and expansion of our Medical and Dental Colacryl Polymers and Solutions worldwide. You will leverage the Mitsubishi Chemical Group's product portfolio to exceed customer expectations and drive success, focusing on global sales, market insights, and new product development opportunities.
Your responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for healthcare customers, ensuring profitable partnerships and meeting sales targets.
* Design and manage major supply contracts, including terms, liabilities, insurances, and support.
* Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and standards.
* Build relationships with customers to understand needs and create new business opportunities.
* Negotiate prices, monitor performance, provide forecasts, and manage audits and complaints.
Your experience, knowledge, and skills
* Substantial sales experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty products, with proven growth achievements.
* Strong technical sales and marketing knowledge, with a record in new business development.
* Expertise in negotiating complex contracts, including IP, liability, and technical support.
* Experience in developing and delivering new products and managing key accounts.
* Knowledge of medical device regulations (EU and UK) and experience with customer audits.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
