Responsibilities
1. Manage all commercial aspects of multiple residential projects from inception to completion
2. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
3. Procure subcontractors and manage subcontractor accounts
4. Liaise closely with construction, technical, and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
6. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector (volume housebuilding essential)
7. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial processes in housing
8. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
9. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
10. Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite
