Your role –
9. Overseeing and supported by a Deputy and Rota Manager
10. Full-time hours – happy for this to be over 4 or 5 days
11. Very flexible start and finish times
12. Main focuses include finance, HR, understanding and planning for contract changes, oversight of the Dispensary and complaints and compliments management
13. Weekly meeting with the Partners plus six weekly full practice meeting
14. Empowerment to suggest changes and innovations – the Partners are receptive and open-minded
