Private Client Solicitor Role - Part-Time - 2/3 days - Rugeley
A small but well-run and highly regarded high street firm in Rugeley is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis.

The firm is ideally looking for someone seeking the equivalent of 2 days per week, with an absolute maximum of 3 days FTE, although there is flexibility around how this is structured. The role could therefore suit someone wishing to work shorter school-hours days spread across the week.

This opportunity would particularly suit an experienced solicitor looking to step back from a full-time position while continuing to undertake quality private client work within a professional and personable environment.

The Role

You will manage an existing private client caseload including:

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
• General estate planning work
• Client meetings and taking instructions
• Drafting and progressing matters from instruction through to completion

The role offers a high degree of autonomy alongside the support of an established and collaborative team.

The firm is looking for a solicitor who:

• Has solid experience in private client work
• Is confident managing their own caseload independently
• Provides excellent client care and builds strong client relationships
• Is organised, efficient and commercially aware
• Enjoys working within a small, close-knit practice
