The Role
Were looking for a Sous Chef who wants to cook with flair, creativity and integrity. Someone who enjoys a changing menu, takes pride in what they can create, and relishes working in a close-knit kitchen where everyones ideas matter.
Youll work alongside our Head Chef to:
Run the kitchen in their absence
Lead preparation and service across all sections
Assist with menu development and seasonal dish creation
Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation and stock control
Train and support junior chefs
Contribute to a collaborative and respectful workplace
