Main Purpose of Job
To provide coordinated support across Insight’s client delivery and marketing functions, helping ensure smooth project execution and consistent brand communication. The role combines project administration with creative input into marketing, design, and content, contributing to both internal operations and external engagement, to deliver high‑quality work that reflects Insight HRC’s values and impact.

Contract
One year fixed term (with option to move into permanent role at the end of the graduate scheme), full time (negotiable), flexible work hours, 25 days annual leave (FTE) plus bi‑monthly “wellbeing day”.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a bright, ambitious, dependable graduate with creative flair and design experience to join our team. This unique role combines brand delivery and marketing experience with a broader client project coordination role, enabling the successful candidate to develop new skills across a range of business functions. The graduate role is for a year‑long graduate placement. Candidates who successfully complete the placement will be offered a permanent role, co‑designed with the organisation to enable them to use their strengths, skills and interests to support our growing business.
The Graduate Project and Marketing Coordinator will help bring our brand to life across internal and client‑facing materials—creating beautiful, impactful and brand‑aligned assets that support our mission. They will work with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns that increase our engagement and reach. They will also work with our Client Manager to deliver exceptional customer service as well as digital and printed materials for client programmes and workshops.
This placement offers a unique opportunity to develop your creative and technical skills, while gaining exposure to consultancy work, behavioural science and client delivery.
