I.T Support Analyst Wentworth Head Office Permanent / Full-time Who We Are: The European Tour group administers golf’s global Tour - the DP World Tour - the HotelPlanner Tour, Legends Tour and the G4D Tour (golf for the disabled), as well as golf’s greatest team contest, the Ryder Cup. About the Role The European Tour Group is seeking a 1st and 2nd Line I.T Support Analyst to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a global organisation of over 320 staff members. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team delivering exceptional technical support and driving IT projects that keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Serve as the routine contact point for I.T support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Respond to a wide range of service requests, providing information or enabling resolution. Perform first-line investigation and diagnosis, escalating unresolved issues promptly. Assist in developing and applying I.T standards for tracking, monitoring, and reporting issues. Create and maintain clear support documentation. Manage the Zendesk ticketing system, ensuring SLAs are consistently met. Administer users, groups, and resources across O365 and Azure platforms, including distribution/security groups and shared mailboxes. Support and deliver technical projects across the organisation. Oversee compliance of laptops and mobile devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, maintaining accurate inventory records. Provide hardware and software support for office-based and remote users. Skills & Experience Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Collaborative team player with a flexible and positive attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in a technical support environment and a genuine passion for IT. Technical Expertise: Solid experience in Microsoft environments, including Entra, O365, and Azure. Good understanding of Microsoft licensing and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience supporting iOS and Windows devices. Networking knowledge and familiarity with Wi-Fi technologies (advantageous). Desirable experience with Canon UniFlow, Zendesk, and Zoom. Why Join Us?
