We are now looking for an experienced and proactive Stock Controller to join our Wendover-based team. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to improve stock management processes, implement technology-driven solutions, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels
* Pick and pack customer orders
* Monitor stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
* Improve and streamline stock control processes and procedures
* Utilise technology to optimise stock management and efficiency
* Work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
* Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy
* Assist with purchasing and stock forecasting as required
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
* Strong IT skills, with experience in stock management systems (EXACT system experience desirable but not essential)
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset to drive improvements
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* The role involves physical tasks such as loading/unloading, moving stock, and working in a fast-paced environment, so the candidate must be comfortable undertaking these duties
* Full Drivers licence for import collections and adhoc deliveries in company van.
* Strong communication and organisational skills
