Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and engineering analysis of High Voltage (HV) systems Manage in-house design processes to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with client requirements and industry standards Liaise with external consultants and Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) Take ownership of the team’s technical output Mentor, develop, and expand the engineering team Collaborate with senior management to enhance customer offerings and explore opportunities in new HV markets We’re Looking For: Proven experience in the HV power transmission and distribution sector A relevant engineering qualification Strong people and project management skills A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with commercial awareness Why Join?
