This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and well-established organisation operating within the cash management and security logistics sector. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy Belfast operation, leading operational teams and ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and efficiency are maintained at all times. This role would suit someone with strong operational or logistics supervisory experience who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and can confidently lead teams while managing performance, planning, and operational delivery. The RoleWorking within a secure and fast-moving operational environment, the successful candidate will oversee branch operations, support driver management, coordinate fleet activity, and ensure operational targets and compliance standards are achieved. Duties will include:Supervising daily operational activities within the secure operations areaLeading and motivating a team of approximately 50 driversSupporting route planning, fleet utilisation, and operational schedulingMonitoring operational performance and service deliveryManaging rosters, audit trails, and daily operational reportsUpdating internal systems and transport management systems (TMS)Monitoring fuel usage, telematics, and operational KPIsEnsuring compliance with operator licence and Health & Safety requirementsMaintaining high standards of security, accuracy, and professionalism Essential CriteriaPrevious operations, transport, or logistics supervisory experienceStrong fleet management and route planning experienceExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong attention to detailGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHealth & Safety awarenessAbility to work under pressure and make effective decisionsReliable, organised, and proactive approach to workAbility to lead and motivate operational teams effectively Security & Vetting RequirementsDue to the nature of the role, successful candidates will be required to complete a detailed screening and vetting process prior to employment commencing.
