Please note: Experience within the construction / property services industry is a must for this role. About the Role As National Training Manager, you'll play a key leadership role, responsible for: Overseeing multiple Apprenticeship Academies across the UK & NI Designing, delivering, and evolving a forward-thinking Learning & Development strategy Ensuring high-quality, consistent training delivery across all business units Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and industry bodies Driving continuous improvement and compliance across all training programmes This is a national role expect regular monthly travel and overnight stays as you connect with teams across the UK and Northern Ireland.
