Our Client based in Bury St Edmunds is searching for self-motivated individual to join their company as a Customer Sales Representative on a temporary basis. In this position, you will play a vital role in processing orders with accuracy, maximising product sales, and ensuring targets are met across various trade sectors. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain up-to-date documents, ensuring customer details are accurate.
Conduct outbound sales calls in a timely manner
Accurately process orders and coordinate delivery schedules
Promote relevant offers and promotions to maximise sales and meet targets
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and collaborating with internal teams
General administrative tasks, and supporting team members when needed.
Handle incoming calls with a professional and friendly approach
Redirect queries to appropriate teams when necessary
Identify upselling opportunities within customer accounts using the CRM system
Forward potential new customer leads to the Customer Care Team promptly.
Facilitate timely appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Key skills
Strong communication and customer focus with excellent telephone etiquette
Proficiency in PC & keyboard skills, including data management
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Organisational skills to effectively manage calls, schedules, and sales prospects
Resilience to work under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines
