Deburring Machine Operator
Location: DenhamHours: 37 per week (MonThu 08:0017:00, Fri 08:0012:00)
Join Martin-Baker, the world leader in ejection seat technology, and play a hands-on role in producing components that help save aircrew lives. Were looking for a skilled Deburring Machine Operator to support our Machine Shop in delivering high-quality, precision-engineered parts.
The Role
Youll carry out deburring and manual machining operations, working to technical drawings and strict quality standards. Responsibilities include:
* Deburring components using machinery and hand tools
* Setting and operating manual machines
* Completing quality checks before inspection
* Following job cards, SOPs, and safety procedures
* Supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities
* Maintaining good housekeeping and safe working practices
What Youll Bring
* Machine shop experience
* Strong deburring skills
* Experience with manual milling, broaching, or grinding
* Experience in a high output environment
* Ability to interpret technical drawings
* Basic PC skills
* CNC experience (advantageous)
