About the role:
Are you passionate about turning numbers into insights that drive real impact? We're on the hunt for a forward-thinking FP&A Analyst to join our ambitious finance team. Working closely with the FP&A Manager, brand finance teams, and our Business Intelligence (BI) team, you'll ensure accurate, timely, and impactful reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation and gain exposure across multiple areas of the business.
What you'll do:
* Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, analyse data to identify trends and variances, and develop insightful commentary for senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
* Maintain and update short- to medium-term forecasting models, integrating actuals and forecasts into financial models, and perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
* Collaborate with departments to gather budget inputs, consolidate budgets, and prepare variance analyses while maintaining budget tracking tools and dashboards.
* Support daily and weekly cash flow forecasts, monitor cash movements, and flag variances to ensure accuracy and control.
* Partner with brand finance and head office teams to deliver reporting solutions and provide actionable financial insights that drive performance and strategy.
* Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to automate reporting processes, implement improvements, and establish best practices in financial reporting.
* Engage with stakeholders across the business to collect insights, promote consistency, and ensure accuracy in reporting across all teams.

What we are looking for:
* Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or planning
* Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial insights, influence decisions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
