Job Role
* A Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in leading a busy restaurant kitchen.
* A Sous Chef to oversee the high volume operation.
* A Sous Chef to ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets all expectations of the guests.
* A Sous Chef to manage a large team.
* A Sous Chef that can lead from the front.
* A Sous Chef to continually drive standards of food service forward.
Requirements
* The ideal candidate will be a strong hands‑on operator who thrives in a busy high‑end environment.
* A Sous Chef with proven experience in a similar large venue.
* The ideal candidate will be from a full‑service restaurant.
* Experience with managing a large team is a must.
* An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant.
