The Role:
We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 1 year agency recruitment experience. This is a full 360 role covering business development, candidate delivery, and account management.
Depending on your background, you’ll recruit across permanent and/or contract roles, managing your own desk and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business through outbound BD, networking, referrals, and market research.
2. Build and manage client relationships across Construction, Engineering, and Renewable Energy.
