Arts Therapist or Integrative Counsellor
AYE Salary: £32,312 – £34,779.14 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Hybrid working from home and across Cambridgeshire
Hours: 15 Hours (2 days) You may have to work flexible hours to accommodate a young person's needs and commitments, such as work and school hours.
Contract: for a fixed term with immediate start until 31st July 2027 in the first instance due to funding – with a focus on EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance)
Reports to: Clinical Lead/Manager and CEO
About the Role:
Our service has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Arts Therapist, as a PAYE member of the team. The post-holder will be carrying out clinical work across education and community settings in specific geographical locations. The role requires the post-holder to provide interventions for children, young people or families using child centred, evidence-based interventions (0-25 yrs.) The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages and should be committed to equity, diversity and inclusion.
Supervision, Travel Expenses and CPD provided.

Clinical Lead/Manager and CEO
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* The provision of 1-1 and group Dramatherapy / Arts Therapy / Counselling
* Travelling between settings to deliver targeted support (Ability to drive is desirable)
* To offer regular staff and parent meetings
* Work closely with behaviour services, DSPL (Delivering Special Provision Locally) management, ASD/ SEND and local agencies and maintain positive working relationships with all individuals around the child providing support in line with IThrive model:
* To work closely with Operations Manager to plan a systemic, transparent, and fair support across the area with consultation from statutory services.
* To work closely as part of a small team to gather feedback both qualitative and quantitative that informs the development work.
