The Role:
- To collect, record and communicate relevant information required in order to ensure activities are run accurately
- To ensure teams start their shift timeously and arrange cover if needed
- Be responsible for communication to internal departments and clients
- Ensure company policies are maintained and followed by staff
- Ensure staff are maintaining a high level of customer service
- Respond to enquiries from staff and internal departments
- Monitor and log operations in the control centre as well as identify any issues and communicate these to the necessary departments
- Comply with all safety documentation as needed for the role
- Ensure that the computerised documentation system is kept up to date Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Previous experience in railway / control centre beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure as well as in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to lead by example
- Good IT skills
- Valid Driver’s licence and passport essential
Salary
£34,000 p.a. (depending on experience) plus benefits
