A mid-level Quantity Surveyor is required to manage commercial activities across a wide range of projects within a respected construction firm in Aberdeenshire. As a QS you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the cost management process for designated projects. You will ensure that contracts are delivered on budget while upholding the company's high standards and values. Key responsibilities include cost management, procurement, valuation of variations, contract administration, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance.
It is essential applicants hold experience in a QS role, either at mid or assistant level, applicants from all sectors are encouraged.
