Chef : Aviation Catering & Logistics
Compensation: £13.40 per hour

This is a vital role at the heart of the travel industry, ensuring every aircraft departs with the precision-packed meals and supplies required for a world-class passenger experience.
Reporting into the Sous Chef, Operations.
Producing food items according to approved specification/recipes.
Managing daily production shifts.
Training and monitoring shift employees to ensure compliance with proper work procedures and
production of food components.
Responsible for the preparation/cooking of food items according to approved specifications and
Ensures quality production standards are followed and maintained.

Shift Pattern:
40 hours per week.
Rotational Various shift available (including weekends).
Standard shifts typically run 07:00 - 15:00 (subject to department needs).
Criminal Record Check: Must be able to pass a standard Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
~ Training: Completion of mandatory Aviation Security (AVSEC) training (provided on-site).
