Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for providing exceptional support? Look no further! Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the operations team.


Full-time | Competitive Salary


8:30-5:00pm Monday to Friday


What You'll Do:



1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team

2. Take charge of client and team enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution

3. Assist the Operations team in preparing quotations, bids, tenders, and proposals

4. Work closely with the Operations team to manage new and existing customers

5. Manage internal workflow systems, proactively implementing improvements

6. Communicate relevant documentation to teams in a timely manner

7. Enhance customer experience through feedback surveys and ensure technician well-being

8. Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals



Who You Are:



9. Self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious

10. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills

11. A good communicator, both written and verbal

12. A logical thinker who can calmly solve problems

13. Passionate, driven, and accountable

14. A proactive team player who is trustworthy and reliable



What You'll Need:



15. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

16. A full and clean driving licence

17. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

18. The ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks
