The opportunity Were looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Treasury to lead IRISs global treasury operations. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for liquidity, funding, financial risk management and treasury strategy across a growing, acquisitive international group. Youll partner closely with Finance leadership and the executive team, while leading a team of treasury professionals through both day-to-day operations and longer-term transformation. What youll be responsible for Setting and executing IRISs global treasury strategy Advising senior leaders on capital structure, funding and financial risk Managing global cash positions and liquidity optimisation Delivering robust cash flow forecasting to support strategic planning Leading FX, interest rate and credit risk management frameworks Managing banking relationships and negotiating facilities Driving debt issuance and refinancing activity Ensuring compliance with treasury policies, audits and regulations Leading and developing a high-performing treasury team What youll bring 810 years experience in treasury or corporate finance, ideally within a multinational environment Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Deep expertise in cash management, FX, debt instruments and risk mitigation Strong strategic thinking and executive-level influencing skills Experience implementing or operating Treasury Management Systems Degree qualified; ACT or CFA preferred Why join IRIS?
