About You:
* Proven experience managing maintenance or engineering teams in manufacturing/food production.
* Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, CMMS systems, and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
