We are hiring an experienced full-time music producer, with a primary focus on Mandarin music production. You will be fully involved in all aspects of the music production process and work closely with artists to ensure world‑class professional standards.
Responsibilities
* Handle composition, arrangement, and overall music production to ensure professional quality.
* Work closely with artists to provide creative and technical production support.
* Use DAWs (such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live) for arrangement and post‑production.
* Adapt sound design based on project requirements, aligned with market trends and audience preferences.
* Manage the production workflow to ensure timely delivery and adherence to artistic and technical standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Mandarin music production, with knowledge of various Mandarin music styles.
* Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills for collaboration with international teams and local artists.
* Proficiency in DAWs and audio processing tools, with solid experience in recording, mixing, and mastering.
* Avid Pro Tools Certified preferred.
* Experience in Dolby Atmos / immersive audio production is a plus.
* Educational background in music production, audio engineering, or related fields preferred.
