Key Responsibilities
* Leading and managing a portfolio of audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
* Identifying and communicating audit findings, risks, and recommendations to management
* Assisting with the preparation of reports for partners and senior management
* Contributing to the continued growth and development of the audit department
Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or finalist level
* At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
* Proven ability to manage audit assignments and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to supervise, coach, and develop junior team members
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
