Key Duties: Ideal Candidate: Have extensive experience across the spectrum of private family law, encompassing divorce, separation, financial arrangements (including both agreed-upon and contested proceedings), pre- and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, disputes among cohabiting partners, and matters related to children. Exceptional communication skills. Consistently achieve billing targets in accordance with established benchmarks. Advanced IT skills, with the ability to effectively utilise case management systems and software. Proactive mindset, actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and contributing to team development.
