Demand Generation Manager – Fast-Growth Finance Automation SaaS 🚀💸
Propel is partnering with a leading international SaaS group in the finance automation and performance management space, powering finance teams with intelligent tools across consolidation, financial close, reconciliation, reporting and budgeting.
With three complementary products, a growing footprint across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, and ambitious revenue targets ahead, the business is now hiring a Demand Generation Manager to take full ownership of pipeline generation and build the engine that drives revenue across all markets.
Responsibilities
* Act as the right hand to the commercial and marketing leads, owning day‑to‑day demand generation across three SaaS brands.
* Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email and ABM to drive high‑quality, sales‑ready demand in the UK and Nordics.
* Translate revenue targets into full‑funnel plans, model MQL and SQL requirements, and shape the activity needed to support predictable pipeline generation.
* Leverage HubSpot for automation, lead scoring, reporting and funnel optimisation, ensuring a seamless, efficient handoff between marketing and sales.
* Analyse performance across all channels, spot opportunities, run experiments and optimise for ROI.
Qualifications
* 4+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or digital acquisition.
* A strong analytical operator who can break down sales targets into MQL/SQL goals and build the activity required to hit them.
* Hands‑on experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting and CRM processes.
* Familiarity with finance automation, financial close or related SaaS competitors is advantageous.
* Someone proactive, commercially minded and confident owning channels end‑to‑end.
