Role:
1. Undertake comprehensive Condition Surveys on the housing stock, other properties/land; and external environments to support the development of future programmes of work
2. Undertake assessment of health and safety issues using the Decent Homes HHSRS framework, raise remedial works and improvements identified at survey
3. Assist in the research and provision of any data that is required to ensure the Asset Management Database is regularly updated
Stock Condition Surveyor – Housing Association – What You Need:
4. Detailed knowledge of property surveying, decent homes standard and HHSRS assessments
5. Experience of collecting and analysing buildings condition data
