This role will be based across two well-resourced sites and involves working closely with pupils with a range of learning needs. As a Teaching Assistant 3 / Cover Supervisor, you will be expected to cover classes using provided planning, ensuring continuity of learning in a supportive and structured environment. Key Requirements of a Teaching Assistant 3 / Cover Supervisor: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills Ability to Commute to Dunstable Leadership and communication skills Experience or knowledge of special educational needs is desirable, but full induction and ongoing training are provided Hours: Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm This Dunstable school is a specialist primary provision supporting children with severe and complex learning difficulties, including a significant proportion with Autism Spectrum Condition.
