Were working with anaward-winning building services companythats expanding its team and looking for aMobile Commercial Plumberto join their expert engineers. Youll be working across a variety of commercial buildings in London, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance.
What you will be doing:
* Carrying out plumbing repairs and installations
* Servicing fan coil units, air handling units, and pump sets
* Performing water treatment and flushing tasks
* Attending callouts (including out-of-hours rota)
* Conducting weekly/monthly site checks and fault finding
To be successful in this role we are looking for:
* Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumbing & Heating
* Experience in commercial building services
* Plumbing installation experience
* Mechanical plant room knowledge
* Previous mobile role experience
* Comfortable driving in Central London
