We are looking for a Sous Chef who is as passionate about great ingredients as they are about leading a kitchen team to success.
The Role
As our Sous Chef, you will be the right hand to our Head Chef, ensuring the kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Leading the Line: Taking full charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
* Menu Innovation: Contributing to seasonal menu changes and daily specials.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every plate that leaves the pass meets our high standards for presentation and flavour.
* Mentorship: Training and developing our CDP and Commis Chef talent.
* Operations: Managing stock control, wastage, and maintaining gold-standard health and safety (HACCP) records.

* Experience: A proven track record in a high-volume, fresh-food environment.

* Skill: Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of modern and classic cooking techniques.
