Milk Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward‑thinking secondary school in Southport to recruit a Spanish Teacher to join their MFL department on a full-time basis, starting ASAP.

The Role

1. Deliver engaging and effective Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Plan, assess and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
3. Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning at all times
4. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
5. Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
7. UK secondary school teaching experience
8. Strong curriculum knowledge in Spanish
9. Confident and consistent behaviour management skills
10. A passion for inclusive education and student progress
11. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
