Relationship Manager – Bridging & Development Finance. This is a client-facing business development role in specialist lending, banking or property finance, with regional responsibilities and a focus on bridging and development finance.
We’re representing an exceptional service-led property finance lender renowned for speed, flexibility, and the ability to deliver bespoke bridging and development finance solutions. They are expanding their frontline team with a driven Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
* Originate bridging and development finance deals by engaging with brokers, introducers, and developers
* Drive regional presence through meetings, networking events, and trade shows
* Educate the market on the lender’s unique products and lending capabilities
* Structure and qualify deals, ensuring applications are packaged for smooth processing
* Build a reputation as a trusted and proactive lending partner in your territory
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to progress deals efficiently
* Uncapped commission structure

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in bridging, development or specialist property finance (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated, ambitious and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
* Willingness to travel regionally and attend industry events
