The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and organised Office & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bushey.
This is a varied role, made up of:
• 80% administration
• 20% marketing
Ideal for someone who:
Enjoys structured admin but loves creative input
Has strong attention to detail and communication skills
Wants to learn about the property finance industry
What You'll Be Doing
Administrative (80%)
• Support case managers and the wider team
• Manage client documentation and mortgage applications
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and valuers
• Maintain records, data entry, emails, and file organisation
• General office tasks and team coordination
Marketing (20%)
• Contribute ideas for social media and digital content
• Maintain CPC Finance's online visibility and brand presence
• Assist with marketing materials and events
• Bring fresh ideas for client engagement
What We're Looking For
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A positive, proactive attitude
• An interest in marketing or social media (experience is a bonus, not essential)
Working Hours
• Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
In-office role – Bushey, WD23
