Role Overview:
You will provide essential support to a member of the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries
* Handling email correspondence efficiently
* Preparing quotations and submitting finance proposals
* Calculating pricing using structured discounts
* Coordinating with finance providers and vehicle suppliers
* Processing customer orders and documentation
* Organising vehicle deliveries and liaising with clients
* Monitoring and updating contract details, including mileage adjustments
* Offering general support to customers throughout their journey
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Confident using CRM systems and general PC applications
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines
