About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer with proven experience in structural steelwork design. This role demands technical expertise, strong leadership, and effective communication skills to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. You will be part of a tight-knit in-house design team and be expected to take a proactive lead in both design and client-facing aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and analysis of structural steelwork using relevant codes and design software
* Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with appropriate delegation
* Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
* Provide innovative technical solutions with strong attention to detail
* Lead and collaborate within the internal design team to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and manage financial aspects of projects

* Proficient in design software and familiar with relevant design codes
