Assistant Hub Manager - Specialist Intensive Worker Hub Location: Cambridge Road Centre & Park House (covering Hart & Rushmoor and East Hants) Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Initial 6 months We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Hub Manager to help lead our Specialist Intensive Worker Hub in the North East of Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team delivering intensive, targeted support to families with complex needs. About the role As Assistant Hub Manager, you will work closely with the Hub Manager to provide operational leadership, support high-quality practice, and drive continuous improvement across the service. You will lead, support and develop a team of Intensive Workers, while also contributing directly to practice through a small caseload and your involvement in complex decision-making. You will also act as deputy to the Hub Manager, providing leadership and oversight when required.
