Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Partnerships Manager based in Maidstone. Our offices are based in Maidstone, however this role requires almost daily travel across the region.
The Regional Partnerships Manager will develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, identify and pursue collaboration opportunities, and manage key accounts to achieve growth objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, negotiating agreements, building and maintaining strong professional relationships, and representing CES Medical’s values and vision in the region. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on engagement to increase brand presence and improve access to CES Medical’s services within local communities.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Partnerships development, including establishing and nurturing strategic and business collaborations
* Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and managing professional relationships effectively
* Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across various levels and ensure alignment with organizational goals
* Proficient Analytical Skills for market research and identifying growth opportunities
* Experience in Strategic Partnerships, with the ability to develop long-term strategies and implement high-impact collaboration initiatives
* Previous experience in related field to ophthalmology, is advantageous
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and in team environments
* Experience in healthcare partnership roles, referral management, or business development
* Strong communication and networking abilities
* Understanding of NHS structures, primary care, and patient pathways
* Empathy-driven approach with a commitment to high-quality care
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regionally
