We are hiring! Circet UK is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to ensure efficient delivery of municipal services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Coordinate large buildouts and infrastructure refreshes.
2. Interface with Project Managers and customer representatives.
3. Initiate and monitor scheduling of completion dates.
4. Update databases to track jobs.
5. Resolve customer concerns.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to establish good working relationships.
* Integrity and humility.
