This practice is experiencing continued growth and is looking for a passionate clinician to help maintain high clinical standards within a supportive, forward-thinking environment. About the Practice & Location: Situated in a modern, purpose-built facility in Warwickshire, the practice is well-equipped to support a diverse caseload. The site features separate dog and cat wards, a spacious theatre, a dedicated X-ray room, and a dental suite with specialized X-ray facilities. Notably, the practice is equipped with laparoscopic kit, allowing for advanced minimally invasive procedures. About the Role and Team: The successful candidate will join a collaborative group of five practices with a total of 35 FTE vets, including multiple certificate holders. This structure encourages clinical collaboration and allows vets to follow their cases from start to finish. The practice prioritizes a healthy work-life balance and a manageable day: Supportive Environment: This position involves no sole charge, ensuring you always have a team to collaborate with. Flexible Working: The team is very flexible with shift patterns and is happy to discuss full-time or part-time options. Structured Day: 20-minute consultation slots with allocated admin and catch-up time built into the rota. Rota & Balance: A consistent schedule with no OOH and no Sundays. The full-time rota includes 4 days per week (8:00 am – 6:30 pm) and 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) with a day off in lieu. Wellbeing: The team includes a Dedicated Mental Health First Aider and a Wellbeing Champion, with a designated wellbeing room on-site. About You (To be Considered) ✅ Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in small animal practice. Clinical Interests: All clinical interests are considered and enthusiastically supported. Collaboration: A team player who enjoys collaborating with nurses, VCAs, and receptionists to enhance patient care. Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
